 Small Waterfront Office Spaces are available for move in. 115-195 sq.ft.
 Individual office spaces with communal reception area, conference room and kitchenette

  ·         Beautifully furnished offices with large executive desk, chair, bookshelves, file cabinet,    credenza, telephone and wall painting or picture

·         High Speed Wireless Internet and T-1 Internet access

·         State-of-the-art digital telephone system with integrated voice messaging with up to 5 mailboxes, multiple-greeting capabilities, call-forwarding with remote access, “find me” call forwarding, call-waiting, and conference call capabilities

·         Stand by generator for brown outs

·         24/7 access to your office

·         Building lobby identity for your business

Conference room $25 per hour beyond the 8 inclusive hours per month. Conference room accommodates 12 people and includes a projector, conference phone, draw erase board and wireless or T-1 internet with computer access upon request.

                        One guest office equipped with a computer and telephone is available, please call for pricing and availability.

                One month Security Deposit and a one time telephone set up fee of $150.00.  

 

 

Virtual Office/Business Support Program

The Executive Centre Business Support Program is designed for those who have offices at home, mobile offices, or for those who travel frequently.  The programs offer the following:

-FREE 2 hours of Conference Room/ Meeting Office Each Month

-A professional business address and in-center mailbox.

-Lobby directory listing in the building lobby.

-Phone number with the use of our state-of-the-art phone system which includes voice mail with integrated voice messaging with multiple greeting capabilities and call forwarding with “find me” call forwarding.  All these features can be done from remote access, which allows you to be available to clients’ phone calls no matter where you are.

-Use of an office and/or conference room facilities. All office use includes T1 Internet access.

Free use of copier and fax equipment.

All at just 175.00/month.

The Computer Room -

Need an hour or two to do word processing jobs? Need to access the internet for research projects? Need a quiet place to study? The Executive Centre at Point Richmond is now offering use of a furnished and computer equipped guest office and conference room inside our Executive suite. Call us for pricing information.

Conference Room:

Need a professional atmosphere to meet with clients?

We have the solution for you. Here at The Executive Centre at Point Richmond we have a beautiful waterfront conference room facility that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

-With access to kitchenette (microwave, water bottles, tea and coffee)

-a dry erase board or a multimedia projector

-the most beautiful view of the San Francisco Bay with a private deck.

-T1 internet access

-Computer Access Available upon Request!

All for just $25 per hour or call for details on our all daily conference room rates. Reservations are on a first call basis and there is a 2 hours minimum reservation required.

 

Guest Office:
If the conference room is more space than you may need our "guest office" may serve as an ideal space. Call for our daily rate.

Cancellation Policy for conference room and guest office

 

Cancellation of conference room and office use requires a 24-hour notification period.  If cancellation is less than a 24-hour period of time, a 2 hour charge will be applied.
